Joel Grenier and son, Josh, are ready to help you with those nagging, time-consuming odd jobs around the house. You know…the ones that you just keep putting off doing. Joel’s company, ODD JOB GUYS, will take care of them for you! From fixing a leaky faucet to adding on a deck, from installing light fixtures to repairing trim or siding, Joel and Josh will gladly tackle the job. They’ll even haul a load of junk to the dump! “People are always looking for someone to do those need-to-be-done small jobs,” said Joel. “They don’t have the time, or the tools, or perhaps even the skill to do it themselves, and the bigger companies don’t have the time either.” Joel has always enjoyed building and fixing things. He built the home he’s lived in for the past 12 years and the one prior to that. Over the past few years he has renovated four rental properties in the Bryant area. He has also served as the Pastor of 65th Street Baptist Church in Little Rock since 1994.
Josh Grenier has been working alongside his dad from the very beginning of the company in June of 2005. Josh says, “Our motto is, You need it done? Just ask!” ODD JOB GUYS specializes in home repair and maintenance, remodeling, painting, and carpentry. “Folks just need someone to care about the little stuff they need done around or to their home,” said Josh. “That’s what my dad’s company is all about.” Josh is married to the former, Amy McGinty. They are the proud new parents of a baby boy, Benaiah, born July 2, 2010.
Joel’s wife, Linda, retired from teaching in 2008. “Now she does all of the the bookkeeping for the company,” said Joel. She also loves her new role as grandma! In addition to son, Josh, Joel and Linda also have a daughter, Audrey, who is an 8th grade English teacher at Benton Junior High School.. On July 16, 2010, Joel officiated her wedding to Mr. Aaron Sites of Sheridan. Aaron is a law student at the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law and is employed by Legacy Capitol Group in Little Rock.
“What I’m getting to do with ODD JOB GUYS is a long-time dream come true for me,” said Joel. “I can’t wait to get up in the morning and head to the next job!” You can call to schedule a job for ODD JOB GUYS at 590-9906 or email email@example.com.
